LET THE END BEGIN

Inspired by and Written for

LET THE END BEGIN

Look at me
upside down,
my feet tingly
belly SO hot

Who are these creatures
swooshing, fluttering,
zooming like dive bombers,
yet fearing to touch?

Wishing harm to me
planning my demise
it shall happen, that
one day all power

will rapidly
diminish...
and
end

100-watt light bulb

  3. I love the Magpie Tales. I love your take on this picture cue. Being a very visual person I can see the little lightbulb feet and belly. So imaginative an offering. Love it, honey.

  7. You know, I'm going to miss those incandescent bulbs. I have a number of lampshades that don't fit the new squiggly bulbs - what do you do then?

  15. Steve, my comment system is Disqus, it'll appear when you click on the date stamp at bottom of each post. Not like I'm expecting comments but yours are always the most cheerful. The pictures I posted are from my trip to New Zealand last year.
