NUMBER NINE--WET 'N WILD PICTORIAL

THOUGHTS FROM DOWN
 UNDER THE BRIDGE

A Perfect time to check out
--move on, before it...

R A I N S !

NOT MUCH...BUT IT'S HOME!

Of COURSE, I love the water, the torrential Downpour,
the drops feeling like thousands pins pricking my face.
Getting drenched. Who WOULDN'T love all that?

SMILE? WHY? For that Fk'n CAMERA?

Sure I'm happy! Soaked through to the skin,
my computer soaked, all clothing,
Smart Phone swimming in my shirt pocket.
Why should I not be HAPPPEEEEEE? WHEEE!

Pssst! Buddy?
Is there a STARBUCKS under this overpass?

See? I tell the truth about being JOYFUL
even while holed up under a bridge during a storm.
Actually, I was GRATEFUL, Peeps!
BLESSINGS,

  5. Ah, Steve you look so fresh and sweet in these pictures . . . like a school boy who is drenched and gleeful.

And rains . . . I like them as long as I am inside the house. The roads here are very bad and so I would not want to be caught in the rains unawares.

    Joy always,
    Susan

  17. Steve, you are on a high that can only be the Spirit at work in you. Refreshing, to leave "the world" behind to tackle the larger world... and I've been stuck under an overpass on a bike. Yeah, soaked to the gills. What a wild ride!!! Peace, Amy

  19. Of course you're happy! You have so much to be thankful for. You are safely under the bridge out of the rain, you have a camera to save the moment, and you have people who love you and want to hear all about your adventure. You lucky man, you. :)

    1. "You lucky man, you."

YESSS! Magpie, I DO know that--forget sometimes. But practicing gratitude is one of those things which keep me alive, IOW...SOBER! It OK if you don't understand that--no need. I just write it out sometimes, to remind myself.

Thanks for the memory trigger, and for being a friend!
      PEACE!!!!
